Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

- Designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards with key content and product performance indicators using spreadsheet applications and visualization tools such as Google Data (Looker) Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint, etc.

- Streamlining and optimizing work flows to enhance efficiency and reliability.

- Conducting occasional sessions to educate teams on data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.

- Collaborating with Finance team for seed round data analysis and presentation.

- Establishing the first ever data governance policy and product hypothesis testing protocol within the company.

- Ensuring data integrity, data security, data quality and other standards within the data governance framework.

- Monitoring and reporting website traffic trends and patterns.

- Tracking and visualizing key product and sales metrics to interpret trends and providing actionable insights using various database and visualization platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Metabase, Mixpanel, etc.

- Supporting internal teams with data-driven insights and recommendations and other diverse data needs.

- Using debugging techniques to deep dive and troubleshoot data or performance issues.

- Also worked within the Product Management and User Research teams.
